Hello all, Here is yet another report on mobile phones in the third world. It seems that McKinsey & Co has done a study on their impact on economic growth in the third world. The report finds that mobile phones are "giving millions new opportunities to exchange information, make money and conduct business."
It is interesting that the focus here is on economic development and not on quality of life.
