Hello all, The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) has just released is evaluation of the ICT Development Index. It shows the relative position of different countries in relation to their ICT access, use and skills. It is based on a weighted evaluation of access to different ICTs (Internet, landline phone, mobile phones, etc.), the use of these and the educational level of the country. The top 10 countries are:
Sweden Korea (Rep.) Denmark Netherlands Iceland Norway Luxembourg Switzerland Finland United Kingdom and the bottom 10 are: Tanzania Mali Ethiopia Mozambique Eritrea Burkina Faso D.R.
