Hello all, For those of you who follow the AoIR list, you might have seen Bill Dutton's call for the key papers regarding the internet and its impcact on political systems. He is editing a book (or a series of books) on this.
I wrote him to ask if he was also interested in the role of mobile communication and he said yes. Thus, I would like to ask for suggestions regarding the key articles on how the mobile phone has effected political activity. I immediately think of the papers on the Estrada protests and also Castelles has written on the situation after the bombings in Madrid along with the subsiquent election. Are there others? Let me know and I will compile a list and send it over to him.
