I first request that this shall be the last mail on the subject to clear some of the things that have happened in the last two weeks, I had patiently waited for all concerned to speak on this subject. Following shall be a few Facts: 1. The phone was not at all promoted by me or Harish Sir in the first place. 2. Some member posted about the NXG phone and specs on the list. 3. I saw a great price value in the phone vs the specs and checked the accessibility of the phone. 4. NXG cop operated with us by allowing to have a custom ROM on the phone there by opening the upgrade to Android 4.2. 5. The Hardware is really very responsive and Camera too is pretty decent which is required in some applications. 6. we offered to negotiate on our behalf and got a price reduced as we hoped a good business, NXG co operated again(people may check that they offer the same phone at 12,500 on their website) www.nxgelectronics.in 7. We got First 5 Phones from them along with the ROM, and i delivered three of them in as it is condition for the users to see and realize the differences we brought in. 8. In the same period there was a good response to the phone and we got a Quad core Upgrade Proposal too, by this time the ROM was updated to Android Jelly bean 4.2, which has many gestures added for Visually Impaired usage. so I thought in the interest of the users that i shall upgrade to 4.2 and then most of the users also expressed the desire for the Quad core processors and to some i myself said that i am upgrading to Quad core, difference amount of the two was never spoken to any one. 9. This effected the deliveries for about a week's time. I informed many by personally calling and many seniors who have placed orders with us appreciated and said we are fine with it. 10. I had to leave Pune as Some association had asked me to come for various products (refer to an article posted by Avinash about the Times of India Article dated 25th MArch). 11. NXG was also having the addresses of the orders(required for the IMEI based information that the manufacturer shall need to have) and they assure me that that they had shipped the consignment of 6 more units. they were Quad core phones. 12. Since i was travelling i could not really check and passed the same message to the people it was about (Jayprakash, G Ramesh, Kannan all from Tamilnadu and one was from Faridabad and the other to Karnataka). The discussion was started by either of them, and then all sorts of people started the wagon which is absolutely not true. Mr Bhushan Prabhu Wrong Information, was talking on without any meaning commenting on Mukesh Ji's Delivery His sending message and me not responding and bothered about all others. he paying money or not was never the issue, he first said sorry, then again got into bandwagon, again when labhendra said that his friend received and it is good he sent a mail again to me having said all negative things to re consider, asked for 3000 Rs refund which was paid as a part of 1000 rs advance of three people. Mr Mukesh Jain I wont write any thing as that is personal interaction between us and he is also a senior member we are definitely responsible to maintain decorum i respect him from bottom of my heart. Kannan, G Ramesh Banu Jayaprakash They were apprehensive for various reasons but they met me at Pondichery University and saw all the aspects of my work which Dr Ramkumar will probably write on the list. both of them are also reading this and i shall quote that having met me and seeing various work they have said "May God Bless You". Jayaprakash was right. Tara prakash You said some thing first and second there was nothing like that all the time the phone was offered for 10,500.00, no one had a special discount on a time bound offer, and the one that you are referring to was an understanding of the user he posted it and not me or Harish Ji, it was always linked to 50 users in the beginning, if we had not made 50 no's it was 11,500.00 all this is on the list still please check the archives, so you can not hold the Moderator or me as responsible for this, please get your facts right and continuity in reading and then opine. Just called once and inquired, I said the line Some seniors including Harish sir Insisted on checking the phone(in the first mail of the promotion i had said that i was asked to investigate the phone so there was nothing of a business interest in this for me). If he is of the opinion that we are advertising promoting or any such marketing related stuff then he will be provided the business details of the toll free handling charges of mine the update of Jelly Bean 4.2 the actual price difference we have paid as security till we reach the mark of 50 and other expenses( this is only to him and others please do not read this in terms of any thing other than the reply to him) Apart from this there have been two more delays one to Gujrat and one in Nerul in Navi Mumbai. I am merely saying that i am really not going to speak more in the issue People who will read this without any prejudice will understand. I thank many senior members across states who have understood the situation and some of them have personally written to me to not get dis heartened and continue the work. Also in the last three or four days i have met more than 300 people and have shown the complete accessibility in the demonstrations, some of them are on this list so they know if it is as good or bad as a phone from market.
