Can you list which are the areas you are finding difficulty in using your 
present phone, in order of priority.
Maybe, there are 3rd party tools which could solve them. We could use our 
collective wisdom to find solutions.

I read a mail on access india written by Mr. Mahendra chudasma if I
remember correctly
He wrote that he has been using fully touch screen android with 4.0.
And in his views the phone is 100 percent accessible.
