Dear ketan, I followed the same procedure but no success! voiceover reads as
wifi dimped, off, after double tapping many times no results.
I think this has happend after upgrading the ios, now how to downgrade?

It is very easy. Actually, go to setting and when your phone says "Vifi
off" double tapp the same and swip to your right finger till it say vifi
off and touble tapp the same and then double tap the same. It will say
onn. Then it will search for the network and it will get the network and

Friends, I am using Iphone 4S and ios 6.1.3 .
now the problem is I am unable to connect to wi-fi . the voiceover reads
as wi-fi dimped off it is not turnning on.
I have tried network reset, reset all, and deleting all content set. but
no success. even I had restarted the phone multiple times but no
cunnection.
I have tried set as new Iphone but to get started it is asking me to
cunnect to itune. here i was expecting it to ask for connect to wifi.
pls solve my problem. it is urgent!
