android 4.2 is 97 percent accessible as of my user experience.
for the best quadcore phone below 12000 are,
XoloQ700 and Q800.
I have experienced Q700, and find the best in price range.
Battery is also 2400 mh.

a news a few weeks ago about Google launching Stock keyboard. IF
anyone has tried this may please share. Further, I wish to know if
installing that keyboard would solve the dialing problem.
