Yes, Quad core are advanced than Dual cores. Quad core processors insure long term upgradation if the OS upgradation available. Dual core processors are sufficient for current softwares. Samsung also have Quad core and Octa core smart phones well. Galaxy Grand Quattro is the least model which is priced around 14k.
