hello sir! hope your doing good! use speakerphone or headset for accessing IVRS cause the screen gets disabled when you have it close to your ear. il advice you to install autospeaker which will activate speakerphone when ever you take the phone away from your ear. you should be able to access the IVR easyly. hope that helps. if you need anything else feel free to contact. cheers.
