No sir, In my phone, default Apps are situated in Alphabetic order in Page 1
& 2. 3rd page contains some games installed by default. Rest of the 3rd page
and remaining pages contains 3rd party apps situated in their installed
order not in alphabetic order. I think this style may differ with mobile
companies.

do as below for shift the shortcutfor another home screen
double tap on the app and swipe your finger to left or right side
(desire home screen), after vibrate alert, app shortcut will be there.
