Hi,
1. To start Talkback, go to settings>accessibility>Talkback and turn it on.
You may also try holding down the power key for few seconds till you hear a
sound or feel a vibration and then wait for the instructions.
2. Home screen, Messages, Phone, Gmail, Homescreen and the Stok Google
keyboard is completely accessible on Android One Phones.
3. I don't know about Skype but the Facebook app is quite accessible on my
Micromax CanvisA1 AndroidOne phone.
