Hi
Power bank is an external battery driven charger. It can charge your mobile and
other devices like MP3 players which can be charged by the USB port. It is
portable and is available in varying sizes and power rating. The one that I am
having is cylinderical in shape and looks like a lip stick case.

The power bank itself need to be charged up so that in turn can charge your
mobile device.
You can consider it as a secondary power source when you are on the move.

Someone on the list mentioned that it can be used 2 or 3 times to charge the
mobile. I suppose what he means is that it can be used 3 times before the power
bank is charged up again.
