hi (Rajesh first off all what did u do to your mobile and why did it take so long for service it. secondly u must have got your android l upgrade till now. now hear are your answers. 1. call history. the phone app gives u a good call history. 2 Messaging including group messaging the inbuilt app is very very good even amodicons are accessable. how ever if u get your android l upgrade u will get the google messanger which is good 3. sound recording install amaising voice recorder its developed with talkback in mind 100% accessable app and it has features like goldwave 4. GPS with voice navigation for gps u can use google maps but u need internet connection or zanavi which is offline maps but is not that good or hear maps is offline maps just like the maps on nokia c5 the only problem with it is all the buttens are unlaibled 5. knowing the caller id talkback anounces the caller id but if u want more features install voice caller id by ploom with your phone
