Yes, this is welcome development with regard to accessibility on
android platform.
But--- granularity options have been provided in list form, where we
will have to double click on the desired itom, erlier it was lift and
activate, which was more easier.
There is no relief for Moto users, as audio cutoffs issue has not been
resolved.
One good thing is that, they have provided the information about all
applicable gestures and draw patern, where you can define the tast
with these gestures.
But external keypad support is yet to be resolved.

One cannot opt to become a Beta tester now due to unknown reasons.
Hence, its APK file will be needed to install.
Also, the Text to Speech Output Settings option has been added to the

remember the days that u had to draw a angle jesture on your screen
then navigate in a circle to find the option that u want and lift your

just go to talkback settings then check that box that says show
context menues as list and thats it u just have to draw that angle

a dim screen option in the talkback settings, the option is buggy
rightnow as in it will dimm your screen but there will be a line
showing your screen is dimmed by talkback press both the volume keys
to suspend talkback.
4. a easyer way to suspend talkback.
no need to go into context menues just press both your volume keys
togather 3 times and talkback will suspend again pressing it 3 times
will resume it again this option is not enabled by default u need to
enable it from your settings.
so how can u become a beta tester?
easy.
1. send a blank email to eyes-free+subscribe if u have not already
subscribed to eyesfree list.
2. once u are aproved in the list click on this link.

click become a tester and then ull get a update on your phone.
this is a beta update so there may be serious bugs in the app
