Hi, I would also like to add that to read Telugu with ESpeak on your Android device, it is not compulsorily necessary to set your default voice to Telugu. ESpeak is an intelligent synthesizer and performs automatic language switching out of the box, reading whatever language that it may encounter without any hitch or delay. The advantage of setting your default language/voice to Telugu i that numbers too will begin to be read in Telugu. Thanks.
