Its Highly possible to move the third party apps to memory-card in android 6.0.1.
I am using Micromax android1 device.
In which I have updated it to latest 6.0.1 few weeks back.
It asks for a reboot after upgrading. Else, you may get an error msg stating
"screen overlay detected".
To solve this, You can undim the screen and then go to
settings\apps\more options\permissions
and then disable the overlay for the shown apps and then go to more again there itself and click on
"show system,
and then disable the overlay permission for them too.
Now your problem will get solved fully.

If you didn't get the msg
"screen overlay detected",
and yet facing this issue,
then, reset your STCard as internal memory and try. Its possible.

hi all,
there is no any option to move the apps to sd card. I explored and
found that is not possible in the latest 6.0.1 version.
Thanks.

friend, i am able to move the third party apps to the sd card. for
this i am going to settings and then to apps, there press any app
which you want to move to sd card, left side uninstall and right side
force stop buttons will be there. just below the force button we can
find storage, if you press that we will get changer option on left
side. select it and select the storage type, then press move button,
it will be moved then. thank you.<div

Sadly, no luck in finding any info with yourexact issue thus far on

Though keep in mind, I'm an Android user from USA, which most don't even
have 6.0 here yet.

If they did indeed do what you described in your first post, very
strange!

   Good morning,

The following article should hopefully guide you in the correct path:

http://liliputing.com/2015/10/android-6-0-can-treat-sd-cards-as-internal-storage-at-a-cost.html

In short, you do now have the option to move apps and stuff to the
card,
however Mashmellow, if you enable the "Flex Storage" option, it will
fuse
the SD card, making it like its apart of the phone's own storage.
   Still confusing?
The following Reddit discussion should clear things up, and explain
things
   even easier!
