i also have so many apps wich can solv your problems.
but not here because of the rules of this list.
so here i can sujjest you only 2 apps wich are the best.
piriform cleaner and assistant for android by A. A. mobile.
try these 2 and let me know what happens.

my xolo smart phone is behaving weard. inspite of having to remove
many aps the capacity remains the same -'99mb'. thus I'm unable to
add any aps not even update whatsapp.
I've tried changing the storage from internal to sd card, but with no benefit.
