Dear Accessindians, Beware of buying Xiaomi mobiles, because the above mentioned model is not fully accessible. I bought this model in November 2016 and talkback was not producing any sound. I visited service centre ten times and the motherboard was changed. Company was not ready to replace or take it back. After the motherboard was replaced, talkback started functioning; however some issues are still there even when lite mode is used. Therefore, I decided to tell others that they should not suffer as I did.
