I reply to myself, with fennec droid on my smartphone or with firefox on my laptop I am able to download the file "index.org", but giving the same url to MobileOrg lets me with the above error. So it could be a login error, I am sure to have entered the right login/password and the authentification of lighttpd is "basic".
