I found that old thread, but it evolved around the border issue,
and not the padding issue.
Basicly if I have padding-left: 20px on an element that I do
roundElement on, the rounded corners appear 20 px into the element.

at the top you can see the rounded corner far into the element.
this is with mochikit 1.2
any ideas?

The problem exists on both safari Version 2.0.3 (417.8) and firefox
1.5.0.1 (both running on OS X).
