It seems that the sorted/dragged element returns to it's original DOM state (i mean the one at the time the page was loaded).
Example attached, try to check a box and then drag the element (the check will be loose), or try to uncheck an originally checked element and then dgrag it(the check will return). Internet Explorer only, in firefox and konqueror works as expected.
