[mochikit] I think auto add "position:absolute" style while calling setElementPosition() is better.

Without the "position:absolute" style.
Mochikit.Style.setElementPosition() is useless.
I think anyone use this function will always add the absolute position style.
So why automate add this style as default?
Are there any misunderstandings in my opinion above?
