A repository could be really cool. I have a few widgets myself, which I wouldn't mind contributing to open source. I would personally prefer something a little more distributed than scriptaculous - It's very much an all-or-nothing deal. I realize that this is a natural consequence of code reuse, but still. Splitting it up into more, smaller packages like the rest of the mochi source would help. There is always openjsan.org, but it would be nice to have one with widgets that are dependent on mochikit.
