I just ported a Prototype/Scriptaculous project that's in development to MochiKit in about an hour, most of which time I spent reading the excellent MochiKit docs. Really easy.
Then today I was reading about the <a href="http://www.openajax.org/";>OpenAjax Alliance</a> today. Looks like some big players are throwing their weight behind it to ensure that Ajax frameworks are more interoperable in the future.
