With the new Selector module, forEach and setStyle you'll have
something more powerful and portable (not tested):
function changeCSSProperty(pSelector, pProperty, pValue) {
forEach($$(pSelector), function (elt) {
setStyle(elem, {pProperty: pValue});
});
};
