Hi, I just stumbled upon SWFAddress[1], which has recently been developed to generic ajax-sites not using SWF (but requires deep-linking).
For my recent ajax-project I wanted exactly this and actually built it myself, but seeing this project, it would be nice to do it in a more abstract and better tested way. Both projects are MIT licensed, but SWFAddress has many utility-functions, that MochiKit already possess (in much better implementations) so if someone could integrate SWFAddress in MochiKit, I would be very happy.
