Those three sites came up from a quick Google search of
"internationalization web", and they will be much more helpful to you
than this list.

Mochikit can help with certain, *specific*, *javascript*
internationalization issues.  But you're not looking to solve a
specific issue; you're looking for how to internationalize your
website, and that involves a whole lot of things that have absolutely
nothing to do with Mochikir or Javascript.
