If you have the means, that would be awesome. I imagine bandwidth could quickly become a factor. If you can provide this kind of hosting, you could even offer specific SVN revisions of the code, something like <script src="http://www.mochikit.org/hosted/mochikit/r1234/mochikit.packed.js";></script>.
