I run apache_2.2.6-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8e.msi + mod_fcgid-2.2-w32 on Windows
2003 with Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package.
Put a index.php: <? echo phpinfo(); ?> in htdocs/ and htdocs/php/.

I try to use php-cgi.exe instead and get the same error.log.
How can I fix it?
