The Apache Tcl website is now available via anonymous CVS. See
http://dev.apache.org for instructions on how to get it (it's really
the same as mod_dtcl, just use 'tcl-site' as the name).
If anyone would like to spend time making it look prettier, it's now
possible to check out the sources.
