Ok, I have changed the tags in CVS to
<? ?>
instead of
<+ +>
There is a shell script in contrib/ that can be used to switch a site
over to the new tags.
Craig Huckabee has also provided some new windows build stuff in the
windows subdirectory. Please test it out and let us know how it
works, if you use mod_dtcl with windows.
