Hi.
I'm using 0.10.0 and when doing headers setcookie the cookies are sent
in UTF-8.
This is probably due to simple Tcl_GetString() ...
For now I've fixed ::request::COOKIE setting NOT to translate string to
utf... This is a quick-hack, but it works.
Since I'm not sure on how to fix it right, maybe someone here (David :)
could do that? [i'm not sure on how do ap_* functions work :)
