How about this:

hputs "<table bordercolor='$color' BORDER='1' CELLSPACING='0' CELLPADDING='0'>"

It's a lot easier to read and write, and the browser takes single quotes just the same as double quotes ("questes").  Unless you have some special reason to use double quotes.

Subject: quetatation issues

Hello

how do you make this kind of hputs efficient:

hputs "<table bordercolor=\"$color\" BORDER=\"1\" CELLSPACING=\"0\" CELLPADDING=\"0\">"

all this protection on questes is tedious.

can threre be a mechanism of automatic quetation?
