Check your http user agent parameter on the request that doesn't give a
content type.  if the user agent is "CONTYPE" then the problem is with
IE/WINDOWS.  Post here again and i'll dig up the URLS for the information
you need.  Microsoft Knowledge Base will explain it, if it is that.
