I've been working on this problem since yesterday. Several years ago, we were given a copy of RoboHelp to help with the project documentation. The docs work fine on all browsers created at the time of RoboHelp. There is definatly and issue with Chrome and FF3 on Win. It might take some time to resolve this issue so the best thing to do is use any other browser besides Chrome or FF3.
I'll report back when it is all squared away...
