HI Dave, First, let me apologize. I hadn't noticed that part of the xsl and shouldn't have been so quick to jump.
I can't give you the definitive answer, but I can give you a pretty good guess: since Model-Glue supports both Transfer and Reactor, I imagine this is a Reactor-only feature.
