This isn't a publicly hosted site, it's a government-managed one using CF7 and I'm stuck with it as it is (I can't change hosts and I can't change how it's organized). The folder and corresponding URL I have access to is like so:
C:\some\path\to\my\folder www.example.com/folder And writing to the file system (or any file system) is forbidden. This is sounding like more trouble than it's worth, for me. Bummer!
