Well, I was about to say that everything looked fine and ask you if there
was a stack trace for the error that you could send. Then I noticed you said
you were using an IIS virtual directory.

I don't know that using one will cause problems, but I am suspicious of it.
Can you try copying everything to a *real* directory instead of a virtual
directory?
