Over lunch I took a look at this and it turns out this is extremely easy to add. The folder is located in CFBuilderRoot\plugins\com.adobe.ide.coldfusion.dictionary_1.0.0.240773\dictionary. By adding another dictionary or two (CF8 MG3, CF9 MG3) and then adding the correct functions they show up in the auto-complete. You can then choose the dictionary you want via Window->Preferences->ColdFusion->Editor Profiles->Editor->Code Assist and select the correct code assist dictionary version. I'll grab the latest MG and run a quick introspection on the EventContent and any other appropriate cfcs and generate a dictionary tonight and post it.
