Chirs, I've submitted a fix to the bug tracker which I now believe is in testing, however, if you wan't to get running then change the contents of RemotingService.cfc to look as follows:
http://pastebin.com/m656dcf35 My guess is that this is a bug in CF which when using cfajaxproxy to connect to an extended CFC doesn't give you access to methods in the base class, so this basicly mimics the footprint of the method in the higher CFC in your webroot. Give it a go, I've only given it basic testing but can't foresee any problems with it. Like I say though, it's probably best to wait until DW has finished his testing and made an official commit to the SVN to solve this.
