Somehow it looks like the file modelglueconfiguration.xml can't be read from the file system.
MG2 had a similar process, reading it's own configuration from the filesystem. I've had file system permission issues before by using a different ftp user, than the user of the webserver. Though that was on Unix, which is a little more particular on file permissions. It looks like you are on windows and on shared hosting. Does your host block certain operations (like cffile, or createobject, etc)?
