Back from 2006 but still some good information.

I'd like to see some tutorials about what to do with the templates that 
are generated using event generation/database scaffolding.  I'm trying 
to play around with these, and can't figure out why the page that lists 
outputs from the database (and edit, delete views) are not getting 
skinned by the CSS that I applied to the index page.  Tried putting in:

            <results>
                <result do="template.main" />
            </results>

But no dice - just get a plain view, without the menu bar, header 
images, and such.
