I am attempting to build the sample appication in quickstart but after
I have added the seciton:
<event-handler name="translationForm">
<views>
<include name="body" template="frmPhrase.cfm" />
<value name="xe.translate" value="translationFormAction" />
</views>
</event-handler>
and attempt to run it I get the error shown in the subject.
