I've been doing CF for 10 years, mostly using Fusebox, but I'm new to Model-Glue and don't understand anything yet. Anyway I installed ModelGlue_3.1.185 and Coldspring in the webroot of my XP box which also runs CF9. I copied Coldspring, Modelglue, modelgluesamples, and modelglueactionpacks into my webroot. The hello world example executed. Then I ran the other Model Glue examples as they came (the readme file still mentions examples that aren't contained in this version btw).
Result: Some examples threw an error - probably some config stuff that I didn't know I had to do, like setting up a datasource "modelgluesamples" ... and the examples that ran through were terribly slow. Is this normal? the debug output says that for instance, in the "richwidget" example, the ModelGlue.cfm template takes 6.5 seconds to execute, just on loading the index.cfm page. -Michael --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Model-Glue Sites: Home Page: http://www.model-glue.com Documentation: http://docs.model-glue.com Bug Tracker: http://bugs.model-glue.com Blog: http://www.model-glue.com/blog You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "model-glue" group.
