No one says you can't do both. Just instantiate two (or however many you need) objects each with different config files.
@DW, add it to the docs? I've only edited some docs so far, haven't added any new pages. But I would think its pretty straight forward. Since EnvironmentConfig is an addon, I'd put/create a category for it. My biggest question was how to invoke it from outside the application, but you made it clear with what you'd posted. I'm with Mike C on it would be nice to have an inline constructor definition for it. I did create my own version of the EnvironmentConfig's Application.CFC so it could be loaded with a CreateObject() and tested, since it has within it a StructDelete( Application ), which in my opinion is seriously bad news. I wouldn't mind coming up with a solution for an inline constructor. Instead of pasting my code, you can view it here with ideas to modifying it for that purpose. http://searisen.com/Frameworks/EnvironmentConfig/colorInit.cfm -- Model-Glue Sites: Home Page: http://www.model-glue.com Documentation: http://docs.model-glue.com Bug Tracker: http://bugs.model-glue.com Blog: http://www.model-glue.com/blog You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "model-glue" group.
