AAAH! Thanks Chris, I was looking for the app name in the ModelGlue.xml file in the config folder. It never occurred to me that I would have to modify the index.cfm. DOH!
It now works as intended. I did not need to use the proxy since I do not have separate Application.cfc files for the store or conference modules.
