I guess that form in prefs was removed at some point after Ray made that
video, but i've found the Extensions view and that let me import the
extension, I told it to copy it to /CFIDE/extensions.
I now get Modelglue Assistant in the context menu. I see "Debug Trace
Toggle" and "Enable Reactor". Clicking either of these gives me a popup
with a cf error in it
