Yea, it's un-down now. The server flaked out and it took a while to get it back online.
Alagad provides the SVN and Trac server and, in our infinite wisdom we installed it all on Windows. Subversion works great, but Trac occasionally just keels over. We've been living with it as is and just trying to restart it when it dies, but Chris (the Alagad engineer responsible for keeping this stuff online) is working to setup an Ubuntu server and migrate over 50 or so Trac and SVN sites.
