No problem Doug.

In spite of these minor issues today, I wanted to take time to tell you and
your crew at Alagad who have been providing us with a reliable
infrastructure at no cost for over a year now, that we really appreciate all
the work you guys do to keep the lights on.

Especially Chris Peterson, who has went above and beyond the call of duty on
several occasions to do great things for us... so even though today there
are some issues, I kjnow I speak for the entire Model Glue team, we very
much appreciate all the work you guys do behind the scenes, even if we don't
email every day and tell ya.
