The scheduled deadline for submission of IP Logs and review materials
for projects participating in the Neon Simultaneous Release has passed.
We're getting very close to the last minute. If you haven't already
provided all required materials, please do so ASAP. The absolute final
deadline is Thursday June 9.
*Successful completion of the release review is a requirement for
participation in the simultaneous release.*
AFAIK, the following projects have not yet submitted their IP Logs for
review. We are well past the deadline and time is very tight. If you
have not already submitted your IP Log for review by the IP Team. If
your project has been included in error, please let me know. Otherwise,
*please submit your IP Log immediately*.

* SWTBot
* XWT
* Andmore
* Web Tools
Further, I am missing PMC approval for the release and corresponding
review materials for the following projects. If I've missed the
